Be sure to check your contract or check with your resort to see what cost might be associated. Normally there could be pending balance, backed up maintenance costs, transfer cost, closing cost.

Why doesnt your buyer buy direct?

The buyer is a mid sized to large fortune 500 company that buys more inventory then a regular traveler. Resorts also profit off of your unused weeks which also affects availability, if sold to corporations. The secondary Markey allows current owners to get out of owning their membership. I still owe balance, can I use the buyers proceeds to pay off my property?

Contact our team, unfortunately in most cases we must verify property is free and clear of any balance or owner expenses.

How do I get paid when selling or renting my membership?

Associates Imvestment Group, LLC. recommends payments to be done via wire transfer since it is the quickest, or we can overnight a certified check. Under certain conditions we can process in digital currencies.

Do I have to sign off the rights before getting paid?

Absolutly not. Our in-house escrow team will hold the funds needed for closing, and will pay you first before you relinquish the rights.
